New for 2017, the Cheese Corner will be filled with demos and workshops run by the best Cheese-monger in France, Francois Robin. He was voted as the “Best Cheese-Monger in 2011” and currently working to promote French and European cheese in the Middle East.
The feature will involve classes that include:
- How to make the perfect Christmas Cheese Board
- Traditional Winter and Christmas recipes including Cheese
- Cheese Making Workshop
- Special Christmas Cheese Pairing
- Sensorial analysis
The Cheese Corner will also offer visitors Seasonal Cheese tasting, including Raclette, Fondues and more along with recipes cards and goodies to take home and cherish.
